The main directions of research:
- Participation in conduction of 14 research themes referred to elaboration of methods of swamped forests productivity increase, improvement of their structure, establishment of ecologically safe systems of forest management and sustainable nature management, forecasting of results of forestry measures and stands growth and productivity modeling;
- In 2008 participation in development of Forest Plant of Arkhangelsk Region, forestry regulations of 16 leshozes, 4 projects of forest reclamations and 2 research works;
- Theme 42 “Development of recommendations for increase of efficiency of restoration of clear cutting areas with coniferous species after their surface draining”
- Since 1992 till 2011 participation in the theme 4-95 “Organization and conduction of local monitoring of forests in the zone of Lomonosov deposit development”;
- In 2011 Elaboration of 8 projects “Experimental-processing and educational-demonstration sites of forest fund for conduction of research activities with timber harvesting” for LLC “Niva".
